Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you either by email or with a note attached to your order telling you of the problem with the item and if we think we will have it back in soon or whether it would be better for you to choose a replacement or for us to process a refund.

All vinyl mockups are subject to alteration or change - colour vinyl including effects may vary.


Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Add To Cart and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit/debit card payment via our SECURE and ENCRYPTED shopping cart system. (Only the very last page of the store cart has the viewable security certificate)


VAT Information
VAT will be applied to all orders shipped to addresses within the UK, and set at 20%.

EU customers acknowledge that orders UNDER 150 EURO are charged VAT at their national VAT rate when placing their order. Orders above this amount may have additional fees to pay before being delivered.

Prices on the store are displayed with VAT included until customer's shipping address is entered either at checkout or using the "estimate shipping and taxes" function in the shopping cart and, if outisde the UK and EU, VAT is removed at this point.
 


Pre-orders
Payments for all pre-orders are taken at the time that the pre-order is placed. This is to prevent any issues with payment not clearing at the time that orders are shipping. You are able to cancel pre-orders at any time prior to shipping by contacting us directly at webstore@earache.com 
If your order contains both a pre-order and items that are in stock, it will ship in one package when the pre-order is ready to ship.

Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped and priced by weight and size. Our shipping estimator on the cart page can be used to select your shipping method and includes special options for recorded deliveries. Here are the available options for shipping.

UK Customers:

1st Class Post - Typically delivered within 1-2 working days of shipping
1st Class Recorded - Typically delivered within 1-2 working days of shipping. This method includes a tracking number, and the package will need to be signed for.
Special Delivery - Typically delivered before 1pm on the following working day. This method includes a tracking number, and the package will need to be signed for.
DHL Courier - Typically delivered before 1pm on the following working day. This method includes a tracking number, and the package will need to be signed for.

Non-UK Customers:

International standard, tracked and signed  - Please note that due to ongoing issues with the UK mail service, there are some delays with international shipments. The majority of orders are being delivered within 1-3 weeks, but it may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

DHL - Shipment varies depending on the destination country, but between 3 days - 2 weeks is expected. Please note that import duty may be higher in Canada, South America and some parts of Asia compared to the standard mail service options.


Delivery Schedule
We process orders most days of the working week (Monday - Friday) you will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Please note we are currently experiencing delays, and orders are expected to ship within 5-10 business days.

If your order has not arrived within the specified time above, please contact us with your order number at webstore@earache.com . We will get back to you with an update as soon as possible.


Returns Policy
In all cases that there is an issue with your order it is advised that you email webstore@earache.com before proceeding
If you are in the UK your order can be returned either by securely placing it back in the packaging it was sent in with your address crossed out and the returns label or written address highlighted.
Please include a short note detailing the problem and your order number, we will then either send a replacement item or refund you depending on the solution reached by either email or phone
