Delivery Schedule
We process orders most days of the working week (Monday - Friday), and aim to ship orders within 5 business days, though this may be a little longer during busier periods such as Christmas. You will receive tracking information (if a tracked service is selected) once your order has shipped.

Please note some products have a lengthier shipping time as they are ordered in from distributors when we receive an order for them. This information is specifically stated on all products where relevant.

If your order has not arrived within the specified time, please contact us with your order number at webstore@earache.com . We will get back to you with an update as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped and priced by weight and size. Here are the available options for shipping. Please note the times stated below are the delivery times AFTER shipping - all orders are still subject to the handling times.

UK Customers:

Royal Mail 24 - Typically delivered within 1-2 working days of shipping
Royal Mail 48 - Typically delivered within 2-3 working days of shipping
Special Delivery - Typically delivered before 1pm the next working day after shipping. This method includes a tracking number, and the package will need to be signed for.
DHL Courier - Typically delivered before 6pm the next working day after shipping. This method includes a tracking number, and the package will need to be signed for.

Non-UK Customers:

International Standard - typically delivered within 1-3 weeks of shipping, but may vary depending on the country. this method does not include tracking. 
International Tracked - typically delivered within 1-3 weeks of shipping, but may vary depending on the countrys. This method includes a tracking number that works with both Royal Mail and your national mail service
International Signed - typically delivered within 1-3 weeks of shipping, but may vary depending on the country.

Please note for Central and South America, this method may take up to 3 months due to the lengthy time to clear customs. This method includes a tracking number and will require a signature for delivery.

DHL - Shipment varies depending on the destination country, but between 3 days - 2 weeks is expected. Please note that import duty may be higher in Canada, South America and some parts of Asia compared to the standard mail service options.

EU VAT Information

EU customers acknowledge that orders UNDER 150 EURO are charged VAT at their national VAT rate when placing their order. Orders above this amount may have additional fees to pay before being delivered.
