Bad:
The guitars and drums sound as if the treble was increased / bass was decreased, in other words it packs less of a punch. The groovy basslines and melodic leads are toned down. I suspect they hired a new producer.
Good:
It's a more concentrated album and they seem to have matured. Though they still are the Speed Metal Punks as they were on earlier releases. It has fury, speed and intensity. The album is longer on average, as it contains the least songs but it has the second longest running time. (The Art of Partying is 35 minutes with 17 tracks).
Not essential in your collection but if you're a fan of the band then this is for you.
Also if you're looking for a starter album go with Hazardous Mutation.
