Orders & Pre-Orders
All payments are handled on Paypal's secure server, and are therefore charged at the time that orders are placed. However, if
your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will
always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would
rather not wait.

Making A Purchase
Making
a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click
on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping
cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Add To Cart
and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able
to satisfy the order.
We accept credit/debit card payment via our SECURE and ENCRYPTED
shopping cart system. (Only the very last page of the store cart
has the viewable security certificate)

Shipping And Handling
Shipping of all items within the USA and Canada is $3.50 plus $1 for each additional product.
Shipping to destinations outside the USA will be as follows:
Mexico, Puerto Rico and South America - $7 for 1 item, $1 for each additional item.
Japan, Europe, Australia $12 for 1 item, $1 for each additional item

Schedule
We
aim to ship your order right away, this will normally be within 2-7
business days from receipt of order. Please allow additional time
for your delivery to reach you. If you have not received your order
within 28 working days, please email phil@earache.com
quoting your order number and we will look into it.
